Prehistoric Couple Found Embracing

This article is a bit old, dating back to Feb of 2007, but I just came across it today.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6338751.stm

BBC news doesn't offer much details, but a quick search of the words "5000 year old" and "couple hugging" returns some links with a bit more info. I just link to BBC because they seem to present a bit more fact and less speculation about the couple.

It is interesting to think about how they came to be entertwined for their eternal rest. Was it before death? Did someone "place" them together after their death? Did he died and she, knowing she was dying, wrap herself around him? Was she dead, and he held her close as he felt his own life slipping away?

We'll probabaly never know.

Anyway, I just felt like sharing. : )
